ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents seek time to file their counter. The learned counsel for the petitioner has however produced a communication dated 25.04.2019 and 27.04.2019 issued by the third respondent indicating that the writ petitioner's daughter can rejoin the institution in question as a day scholar. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner's daughter has since rejoined yesterday, ie., 29.04.2019.

2.Recording these developments, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
