PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to pass an order of direction, to direct the 1st respondent Police and his officials that not to harass the petitioner and his family members to yield to the false demand of the 4th respondent and further not to interfere in the money dispute. For Petitioner : Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 to 3 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent Police and his officials that not to harass the petitioner and his family members to yield to the false demand of the 4th respondent and further not to interfere in the money dispute.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.12.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
