Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records relating to the detention order of the second respondent in Detention Order No.75/2015, dated 29.10.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's husband viz., Muthu S/o.Sadaiyandi Thevar, aged about 32 years, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, produced a copy of the Government Order containing the revocation order. The revocation order came to be passed in G.O.Rt.No.8274, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIII) Department, dated 17.12.2015.
3. As the order of detention has been revoked, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
