The petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the Respondent to file a Final Report in Cr.No.231 of 2016 before the lower Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after due investigation, the respondent police referred the matter as "Mistake of Fact" and the Referred Charge-sheet notice also served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
