This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.50/2017 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Mr.A.Pauldurai, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, is present before this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that there are 15 cases registered against the petitioner herein and has also produced the crime numbers.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in five cases, the petitioner has been acquitted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Taking into consideration the antecedents of the

petitioner, this is not a fit case to quash the prosecution on the ground that the parties arrived at a compromise. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
