CRL MP(MD) No.4384 of 2022 These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.2094 & 2680/2022, dated 28.02.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is pending.
4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
5.The petitions are ordered accordingly.
