Mr.K.V.Meenakshi Ayyan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Chatrakudi Police Station, is present in Court today.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.206 of 2016 was completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, on 25.03.2017, under Section 304(A) of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, is directed to pass appropriate orders on the charge sheet in Crime No.206 of 2016, within a period of two weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
