ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein to provide adequate police protection for conducting chitra pournamy festival 1/3
scheduled to be held on 07.04.2022 connected with the petitioner's Temple A/M Nellakanda Pillaiyar Temple, Enthal Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District based on the representation, dated 22.03.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that while pending the Writ Petition, there was a peace committee meeting conducted by the respondents 2 and 3 on 05.04.2022. Now, the petitioner and rival groups resolved to conduct festival jointly and the festival has already been started.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
