This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.01.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that both the parties have not appeared for enquiry. 4.At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the complaint dated 21.01.2018 and further seeks liberty to make a fresh complaint before the respondent police.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint before the respondent police, if necessary and in accordance with law.
