O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide the police protection to fence the property in S.F.No. 270/1 situated at Appipalayam, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the Manager of the property in S.F.No. 270/1 situated at Appipalayam, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District. In order to fence the property seeking police protection he has sent a representation to the 2nd respondent on 20.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and they fixed the date for enquiry on 14.03.2025 and they will conclude the enquiry within a period of one week. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private 2/4

respondents, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2025 within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, in accordance with law, by adducing opportunities to both the parties. 5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
