[Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR,J.] The minor child, who is in the custody of his maternal grand parents, has been produced today. After seeing the boy, the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition without prejudice to his rights to move the appropriate Court for an order of custody. An endorsement to that effect has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Endorsement is recorded and the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to move the appropriate Court for appropriate relief.
