The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent, not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner, harassed him under the guise of enquiry with regard to the false complaint given by one Raju.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by one Raju, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed; and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
