ORDER

The petitioner alleges that at the instance of the private respondents herein, the first respondent is compelling him to vacate the petition mentioned shop. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the petition mentioned property. But it appears that the private respondents are staking a claim.

2.If there is any property dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondents herein on the other, it is for the respective parties to work out their rights before the civil Court. The first respondent cannot interfere in the matter. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the respondents 2 to 4 on the other. I make it clear that I have passed only a limited direction and I have not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
