2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record. Mr.Muthukumar, Inspector of Police, Devathanapatti Police Station is present.

On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this petitioner is an accused in Crime No.286 of 2012 and after completing the investigation, a charge sheet has been filed in PRC No.2 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam and for service of summon, this petitioner was called for enquiry.
