Heard the learned counsel on either side. This writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petition mentioned survey will be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents shall issue notice to all the adjacent land owners. If any resistance or opposition is encountered from any third party and the same is having any basis, the respondents shall relegate the parties to move the jurisdictional civil court for relief.
