This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to interfere in the civil dispute between the Petitioners and the 3rd and 4th Respondents in respect of the properties bearing Original Survey NOs.58/3 subsequently sub divided and as per sub division survey Nos.58/3B1 and presently 58/3B1D https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

58/3B1 and presently 58/3B1C 58/3B1 and presently 58/3B1X 58/3B2 and 58/2 measuring to an extent of 105sq.mt. 270sq.mt. and its super structures bearing Door No.98/2 4150sq.mt. 3116.05 sq.mt. 185.64 sq.mt. respectively situated at Subbiahapuram village Alangulam Taluk Tirunelveli District and also discontinue the harassment and torture being made on the Petitioners in this regard forthwith

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record. Mrs.M.Umamaheswari of Alangulam Police Station (Mobile No.9498125836) is present.

3. It appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 3 & 4 in connection with a property in Alangulam. While so, one Esakkidurai is said to have attempted to take possession of the disputed property, for which, R4 has given a complaint dated 13.03.2017, in which petition enquiry is pending, in connection with which, the petitioners were called for enquiry.

4. At this juncture, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.
