Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner in the post of Police Constable Grade II on the basis of the common recruitment 2019 provisional selection list published on 04.02.2020 forthwith and pass such further or other orders.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Police Constable Grade II on the basis of the Common Recruitment 2019 Provisional Selection List, published on 04.02.2020 forthwith.

Hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the rejection order stated to be passed by the respondents, in the manner known to law. 3.With the above observation, this Writ petition is dismissed.
