ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos. 2 to 7 in Crime No.03 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 313, 109, 294(b) and 506 (i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the wife of A1and that the petitioners are the relatives of the defacto complainant and they harassed the defacto complainant by demanding dowry.

accused in this case. The petitioners are A-2 to A-7. A1 was arres on 20.03.2017. The petitioners 2 and 3 are father-in-law and motherin-law and A4 to A7 are relatives of the defacto complainant. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that it is a family dispute, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.
10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
