[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that by virtue of G.O.No.229, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.6212 of 2020 09.05.2020, Tea Shops have been permitted to be opened with certain conditions and that from 11.05.2020, all the Tea Shops have been opened in Virudhunagar District complying with the conditions imposed by the Government.

2. In the opinion of this Court, the conditions imposed by the Government cannot be interfered with at this stage. Hence, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
