Challenging the charge memo issued as against this petitioner in RC.No. 5961/KuVaThoE/A4/2023 dated 26.12.2023, the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2024. 2.Today(08.12.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petitioner was issued with another charge memo and in that enquiry, he was dismissed from service. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
