ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel in Crl.Mp.No.75 of 2024 dated 12.01.2024 and also direct the third respondent to register the First Information Report on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 30.08.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.04.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 05.04.2024. 3.Today (05.04.2024), the matter is listed under the said caption, though the representation has been made, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to proceed with the case. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
