It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.140 of 2015 dated 01.07.2015 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed before the concerned Court on 02.10.2015.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
