2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner admits that the respondent has passed orders cancelling the licence given to the petitioners and that the respective petitioners have filed other writ petitions challenging the said order cancelling their licence.
3.In view of the subsequent development, the writ petitions have become infructuous and therefore, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
