ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to enquire the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2025 and register a First Information Report for the cognizable offence disclosed therein.
2. Heard the learned counsel on both side.
3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for enquiry and submit all particulars. If any congnizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall proceed further as per law.
4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
