This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Additional Mahila Court, (Magisterial Level) Madurai, to expedite the proceedings 1/4

in D.V.C.No.16 of 2021 and to dispose of the same within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Expressing grievance over the pendency of the DVC proceedings without any progress for more than three years, this petition has been filed seeking direction for speedy disposal of the same. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, (Magisterial Level), Madurai to expedite the trial process in above said D.V.C.No.16 of 2021 pending on his file and dispose of the same, as per the Provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, 4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
