This petition has been filed seeking to quash the case registered in Crime No. 406 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime NO.406 of 2015, charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.145 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District.
