No.195 of 1993 dated 05.02.1993 registered before the Sub Registrar Office, Madurai South, Madurai City based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Non-Traceable certificate of missing original sale deed in 1/4

Doc. No.195 of 1993 dated 05.02.1993 registered before the Sub Registrar Office, Madurai South, Madurai City based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not produced a copy of the sale deed.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to produce a copy of the sale deed before the respondents. Upon such production, the respondents shall consider the same and proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
