re-issue pattas to the correct persons for correct extents of the land as per their title documents.

The petitioner has sought for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to only direct the respondents 2 and 3 to implement the order of the first respondent dated 16.06.2021.

2.I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would invite my attention to the considered order passed by the first respondent on 16.06.2021, favouring the petitioner after taking into account all the relevant material and evidences placed before the first respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite such a considered order passed by the first respondent, the same has not been implemented by the subordinate officials namely respondents 2 and

3. In fact, the suit filed by the objector in O.S.No.44 of 2019, was 2/5

also dismissed by the District Munsif, Melur on 22.07.2021, after elaborate trial. It is stated by the petitioner that the said rival claimants has not chosen to challenge the same by way of an appeal and the matter has also attained finality.

4.In view of the above, there can be no impediment for the respondents 2 and 3 to implement the final orders passed by the first respondent. In view of the above, the respondents 2 and 3 shall take immediate steps to implement the order of the first respondent dated 16.06.2021. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
