*********** [Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR,J.] The missing person - Chinnammal, aged about 33 years, on intimation received from the police, has appeared voluntarily. She states that due to misunderstanding, she left her husband and was staying with a relative at Ashok Nagar First Street, Chennai. It is her further statement that she is now employed in a private company, known as "T.King of India" in Chennai. When asked as to why she left the children, she stated that she tried to take the children along with her, but the petitioner prevented her from taking the children along with her.
2. From the said statement of Chinnammal, it is quite obvisous that she was not abducted by anybody and she is not in the illegal custody of anybody and hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Chinnammal, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of. The petitioner, if so advised, can approach the Civil Court/Family Court dealing with the matrimonial causes.
