This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent and others based on the petitioner's representations dated 10.02.2025 and 17.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Town Survey Ward 6, Block 2 of Tirunelveli Corporation and he has also filed a suit before the Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli against the 3rd respondent and the same was dismissed, against which, appeal was preferred by the petitioner in A.S.No.98 of 2019 before the Sub Court, Tirunelveli. Since the first appeal was allowed, second appeal is preferred by the 3rd respondent and the same is pending before this Court. In the meanwhile, the 3rd respondent along with his men trespassed into the property and caused damages to the tune of Rs. 30,000/-.
Therefore, the petitioner sent representations on 10.02.2025 and 17.02.2025, but the same were not considered. Hence this petition. 3.
within a period of one week.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, after affording opportunity to both parties within a period of one week from the date of this order, in accordance with law.
5.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
