Mrs.Voiyammal has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her son by name, Karunanidhi aged about 62 years was found missing from 17.10.2015. Pursuant to which, a complaint has been given to the respondent police and a case has been registered in Crime No.119/2015 for 'man missing'.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a case has been registered in Crime No.119/2015 and investigation is under progress.
