2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.223 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 3.Due to communal acrimony, these petitioners have picked https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.5417 of 2020 quarrel with the defacto complainant and attacked. It appears that there was group clash between two communities in that village and these petitioners belonged to one of the group, are before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that if the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail, there is every possibilities for recurrence of group clash.
