O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.121 of 2015 and file final report thereon within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed at the earliest.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.121 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
