ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that there is no case pending against the petitioner. It appears that there was one copyright case registered against the petitioner and that it was also closed. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment for granting relief to the petitioner herein. 2.The first respondent is directed to process the petitioner's application and issue passport to the petitioner subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.
