ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J.) The petitioner who is the wife of the detenu came with this above Habeas Corpus Petition suspecting that her husband is in the custody of the respondents 3 and 4.
2.Today, the petitioner as well as the detenu appeared before us. The detenu claimed that he went to Tiruppur in search of employment and that he could not contact the petitioner. He further claimed that he missed his mobile phone and could not contact the petitioner. The petitioner is happy about the return of her husband. Therefore, she does not press the averments contained in the petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
