The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner and his family members, under guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and his family members, harassed them under the guise of enquiry with regard to the false complaint given by one Selvakumar.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that no petition or no FIR is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members.
