The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 12 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No.49 of 2020 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, dated 17.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.

3.Considering the quantum of delay and the reasons assigned, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
