ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to promote the petitioner to the existing vacancy in the promotional post of Sanitary Supervisor in the third respondent, in accordance with Rule-4, Category-11 in the Table as to Method of Recruitment under Manual of Municipal Service Rules and Municipal Corporations Service Rules, 1999 and as per G.O(MS) No.205, Rural Development Department dated 23.03.1989.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that acceding to the request of the petitioner, a proposal dated 16.11.2018 had already been submitted and the petitioner's name was found place at Serial No.10 of the seniority list and as and hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as and when the vacancy arises, the petitioner's case will be considered.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, as and when vacancy arises. No costs.
