This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaigundam, Thoothukudi District, to dispose of the above case in C.C.No.427/2015 as expeditiously as possible more fully within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent. 3.Mr.P.Amaloparvam, Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Srivaikundam, is present.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that since Ravi (A1) is absconding, the trial Court is not able to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.427/2015.
