O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation in CSR No.37 of 2022, dated 08.03.2022.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 08.03.2022 and the same is still pending in CSR No.37 of 2022 .
3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.37 of 2022 dated 08.03.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
