O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the false complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that they receive the complaint from the 3rd respondent against the petitioner and conducted an enquiry and the same was closed on 11.03.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner, this Court even without issuing notice to the private respondent inclined to dispose of the petition.

4. In view of the above said submission of the 2nd respondent police that they have not harassed the petitioner and they only called the petitioner for enquiry, and the complaint of the 3rd respondent was also closed, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
