Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner, to the respondents on 03.04.2019 and to provide the employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground, in the place of her father namely Late.Veeraperumal.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.04.2019 and to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she made a representation, dated 03.04.2019, to the respondents seeking appointment on compassionate ground on account of the death of her father, while in service, who was working as a writer in Sadhanandhapuram Primary Agricultural Co-operative Bank. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, she has filed this writ petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2019 and pass orders, on merits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.04.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
