This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner and his Villagers to conduct an Aadal Padal programme on 16.05.2018 for the festival of Sri Pathra Kaliamman Temple, Gandamanur Village, considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.04.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
