The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that in the light of the subsequent development, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.This Court has heard the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the result of the Co-operative Society Election had already been declared.
3.In the light of the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
