ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and its employees/workers.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2021 was registered in CSR No.88 of 2020 with the Inspector of Police, Jeyamangalam Police Station, Theni, and posted for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4938 of 2021 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, based on findings and on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondent.
