O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, to dispose the case in C.C.No.106 of 2015, within a time frame.

2.Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the case was registered in the year 2012 in Crime No.36 of 2012 and after investigation, final report was filed, which was taken on file in the year 2015. It is further submitted that the petitioners are entitled for speedy disposal of the case as guaranteed under Article 221 of the Constitution of India.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.106 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
