This petition is styled as public interest litigation. The petitioner is a lawyer. The prayer clause in the writ petition reads as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Firstly the petition is on some apprehension, that too in the form of public interest litigation, that too by a practising lawyer.

3. We are not inclined to entertain this petition. This petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition would not survive.
