ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2026.
2. Since the Tahsildar, Boothapandi, Kanyakumari District, is a necessary party in this case, this Court has suo motu impleaded him as the 6th respondent. The 6th respondent is directed to form a committee consisting of two members from the 'A' party and two members from the 'B' party, along with himself as a member of the committee. The committee shall decide on conducting the Kodai Vizha. The decision of the majority shall be implemented. The Tahsildar shall impose necessary conditions in the event of any law and order issues.
3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
