The issue involved in these review applications is squarely covered by a decision of the Full Bench rendered in W.A.No.3748 of 2019 and Rev. (MD)No.99 of 2014 on 04.02.2022, in the case of State of Tamil Nadu and others v. C.Srinivasan.

2. In view of the same, these Review Applications are allowed by setting aside the respective judgments passed by the learned Judge in the respective writ appeals. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
