ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent to any other investigation officer in Cr.No.154 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the transaction between the accused and the defacto complainant is purely civil in nature; the respondent police after conducting proper investigation, closed the case as mistake of fact.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
